Have Your Say

We will always treat you with courtesy and respect - we request that you offer our staff the same treatment

We have zero tolerance to abuse and violence

Please could you arrive on time and book in at reception so the staff are aware you are here. We aim to see you on time but please understand that an emergency can occur and cause delays.

Please let us know if you cannot keep an appointment so that it can be offered to someone else who needs it.

Please inform us promptly if you change your name, address or telephone number - it may be important that we contact you from time to time.

Missed appointments, or unreasonable requests for urgent appointments and home visits, make it difficult for us to provide a good service to all our patients.
PLEASE don't abuse YOUR NHS service - it might be you that needs that home visit or missed appointment

Complaints We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice. However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish the matter to be settled as quickly and as amicably as possible. We do operate a complaints procedure, please initially talk to the Practice Manager or her assistant and they will endeavour to assist you. See the policies page for more information
